Cennydd Bowles is a designer and writer focusing on the ethics of emerging technologies. He has worked with companies including Twitter, Samsung, and WWF, is author of the popular Undercover User Experience Design and is now working on his second book, due 2017.

The Ethics of Emerging Tech

Technologists find themselves holding significant power over the future, yet they still believe their work to be socially, politically, and ethically neutral. I hope to explain why that stance is untenable, and discuss how we can bring ethical dialogue to the fore in our field.
